properties. Whether you’re looking for a short, open one year term or more commitment with three or five year terms, we will lend up to 95% depending on property type and location, product and income documentation.
Purchase
- XCEED offers a standard AAA XTRAGREEN 3- or 5-year mortgage that donates $25 to Evergreen Canada.
- Are you self-employed? XCEED offers two options for Clients who own their own business.
- XCEED’s mortgage product for investors offers up to 80% LTV to Clients with a maximum aggregate loan amount of $1 million. We do not place any limits on the number of rental properties a Client may own.
- If you are interested in borrowing 75% or less of the value of your new home? Then our PRIME Conventional Mortgage is for you!

Refinance
Are you interested in refinancing your existing mortgage and investing in your Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) or a Registered Education Plan (RESP)?
