Michael Jones
Chief Executive Officer and President

Mr. Jones has 28 years of experience in the real estate finance industry in both the commercial and residential fields. Mr. Jones worked for Bank of Montreal, FirstLine Trust and CIBC among others, before joining XCEED in April 2002. He has a Masters Degree in Economics from The University of Alberta.

Jeff Bouganim
Chief Financial Officer

Prior to joining the company in 2010, Mr. Bouganim served as Chief Financial Officer for another Schedule I Chartered Bank in Canada. Prior to that, Mr. Bouganim worked at a large Schedule I Chartered Bank and was the Chief Financial Officer of its brokerage and capital markets operations in Canada. Mr. Bouganim is a Chartered Accountant and also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from York University.
