Purchase

• XCEED AAA XTRAGREEN Mortgage™ is our standard 3- and 5-year mortgage product. Aggressively priced and socially conscious – we donate $25 to Evergreen Canada every time an XCEED AAA XTRAGREEN Mortgage™ closes!
• XCEED’s new no frills Simplicity Mortgage is ideal for first-time homebuyers; borrowers on a fixed income, such as retirees; or anyone planning to stay in their home for at least five years.
• XCEED offers two options for customers who own their own business.
• XCEED’s mortgage product for investors offers up to 80% LTV to Clients with a maximum aggregate loan amount of $1 million. We do not place any limits on the number of rental properties a customer may own.
• Our PRIME Conventional Mortgage is for customers who are interested in borrowing 75% or less of the value of their new home.
• XCEED offers two solutions for customers who are New to Canada.

Refinance

For customers interested in refinancing your existing mortgage and investing in your Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) or a Registered Education Plan (RESP), XCEED’s Latitude Product suite emphasizes the importance of long-term financial plans as well as those personal goals that keep us motivated.
